Create or Update Care Plans for Clients in WellSky

Create or update a care plan in WellSky when adding a new client or assigning shifts to an existing client. For new clients, a care plan must be created, while for existing clients, the care plan should be updated as needed. This ensures that client care requirements are accurately defined and aligned with scheduled shifts.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Scroll the tabs to the left and click on Backup Care Assistant tab.

: Click the Accounts option to expand the details.

Step 4: Click the corresponding pencil icon for your WellSky account.

Step 5: Scroll down to the Client Data Sync Settings and click to expand the details.

Step 6: Scroll down to Enable the creation of a care plan when creating a new client in WellSky checkbox and check it.

Step 7: Click the “+” button under the “Manage independent daily tasks (IADL)” option to add a care plan.

Step 8: Add a key for your care plan.

Step 9: Click the “+” button under the Option List heading.

You can add multiple options as you want.

Step 10: Add the different option(s) as per your added key.

Step 11: Click the Submit button to confirm your changes.

You can add as many keys as you want to your care plan in WellSky.
