[Settings](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/settings?hsLang=en) # Create or Update Care Plans for Clients in WellSky ## Create or update a care plan in WellSky when adding a new client or assigning shifts to an existing client. For new clients, a care plan must be created, while for existing clients, the care plan should be updated as needed. This ensures that client care requirements are accurately defined and aligned with scheduled shifts.
