Create and Manage Client Activities and Tasks
Create and manage activities and their associated tasks for client profiles. Configure reusable default activities, assign them to individual clients, or create client-specific activities and tasks to support personalized care and daily routines. You can also import activities from a CSV file to simplify bulk setup.
Let’s get started 🚀

Step 8: Click the Save button to confirm your changes.
Add Default Activities

Step 2: Click the Clients tab from the available tabs.
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom and click the Default Activities option to expand and view its details.
Step 4: Click the Add Activity button.
Step 5: Enter the Activity Name and Description for the default activity.

Add Activities to the Client Profile
Assign default activities to a specific client or create additional client-specific activities and tasks based on their individual care requirements.
Step 1: On your agent dashboard, click Clients in the navigation bar.
Step 2: Open the client profile for which you want to configure activities.
Step 3: Click the Profile tab to navigate to the client profile.
Step 4: Click the Activities option from the left-hand navigation menu.
Step 5: Click the pencil icon next to the Activities heading.
Step 6: Enable the Show checkbox for each default activity that you want to make available for the selected client.
To create a new activity instead of using a default one, click the Add Activity button and follow Steps 5–8 in the Add Default Activities section.
Step 7: Enable the Show checkbox for the newly created activity.
Step 8: Click the Save button to confirm your changes.
The selected default activities and any newly created activities, along with their associated tasks, will be added successfully to the selected client profile.
Import Activities
If you already have activities prepared in a CSV file, import them into Enginehire instead of creating them manually.
Step 1: On your agent dashboard, click More > Import and Other Tools as shown in screenshot below.
Step 2: Click the Import Activities button and select the CSV file that contains the activities you want to import.
Step 3: Select the ID Field from the dropdown list.
If you have a unique ID from your previous system that you use to match users between your previous system and Enginehire, select it here. If you are matching users by name or email, leave this field blank and use the field mapping below.

Step 4: Map each column in the CSV file to the corresponding Enginehire field.

Step 5: Click the Import button. The activities from the selected CSV file will be imported successfully.
