Create AI-Powered To-Do Tasks
Create to-do tasks using AI by adding images or text directly within the To-Do area. The AI processes the input and generates structured task descriptions or sub-tasks automatically.
Let’s get started 🚀
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click the icon shown at the top right corner of the screen to open the To-Do section.

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom and click the “+” icon on the left-hand side to add a new To-Do.

Step 3: Click the Create from Text/Image button.

Step 1: Click the Choose Image button and select the image you want to use.

Step 2: Click the Analyze & Auto-Fill To-Do button.

The image will be processed, and the To-Do items will be auto-filled. You can review and make changes as needed.

Step 3: Select the date for the To-Do(s).

Step 4: Select the time and choose the team member(s) to assign the To-Do(s) to.

Step 5: Click the Create To-Dos button to proceed.

The To-Do items will be created and appear in the assigned user’s To-Do section.

Step 1: Click the Paste Text button.

Step 2: Paste the context or details directly into the text area as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 3: Click the Analyze & Auto-Fill To-Do button.

The text will be processed, and the To-Do items will be auto-filled. You can review and make changes as needed.

Step 4: Follow the same steps (Step 3–5) from the Create To-Do from Image section to complete the setup.
