Create a Saved Version of a Candidate Shareable Profile

Create a saved version of a candidate's shareable profile that remains unchanged, even if the candidate profile is updated later. This allows you to share a fixed version of the profile, ensuring recipients always see the information exactly as it appeared when the shareable link was saved.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard, then click Candidates from the navigation bar.

Step 2: Open the candidate profile for which you want to create a saved shareable profile.

Step 3: Click the Profile tab in the top navigation bar.

Step 4: Make the desired changes in the candidate profile and click the Save button to apply the changes.

Step 5: Click the Shareable Link option in the left navigation bar.

Step 6: Click the Save the Current Shareable Link button.

Step 7: Enter a name for the saved shareable profile.

Step 8: Enter a description for the saved shareable profile, if required.

Step 9: Specify the days after which the shareable link should expire.

Leave this field blank if you do not want the shareable link to expire.

Step 10: Click the Submit button to apply the changes.

The shareable link will be saved successfully.

Step 11: To view all saved shareable links, click the View All Saved Links icon.

All the saved shareable links will appear. Anyone who accesses these links will see the profile exactly as it was when the link was saved, even if the candidate profile is updated later.
