Create a 2FA Code Notification Email Template

Create an email template for 2FA code notifications by configuring the recipient type, email subject and body, and adding the [[code]] tag so recipients receive their verification code in the email.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Email Templates, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click the Add Template button.

Step 3: Enter a name for the template.

Step 4: Add Internal Notes for your template if you want to.

Step 5: Select the Candidate option from the dropdown list in the Type field.  

For demonstration purposes, we are creating the template for candidates. You can also create the template for clients by selecting Client from the dropdown list.

Step 6: Select 2FA Code Notification option from the drop down list as the Trigger.

Step 7: Click the Content button to jump to the email template subject and body.

Step 8: Enter the Subject and Body of the email template.

Step 9: Click the [[code]] tag to copy it and paste it in the email body.

The [[code]] tag needs to be copied and placed in the email body so the actual 2FA code can be included in the notification.

Step 10: Click the Create button to proceed.

The email template will be created successfully.
