Configure Who Speaks First in AI Voice Agent Calls
Choose whether the AI voice agent or the user speaks first when an AI voice call connects. This setting helps you control the conversation flow and create a better calling experience based on your agency's communication preferences.
Let’s get started 🚀
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Integrations, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom and click the AI Voice Agent Integration option to expand its details.

Step 3: Click the Who speaks first when call is connected dropdown to view the available options. By default, the AI Agent speaks first option is selected.

Step 4: Select either AI Agent speaks first or User speaks first from the dropdown, depending on how you want AI voice calls to begin.

Step 5: Click the Save Configuration button to apply the changes.

The selected conversation flow will be applied to future AI voice calls.
