Configure Reasons for Shift Job Statuses
Configure specific reasons for shift job statuses such as “Unable to Fill” to improve tracking and provide clearer status updates. This helps admins standardize status management and maintain more detailed records for shift jobs.
Let’s get started 🚀
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click the Jobs tab from the available tabs.

Step 3: Click the Shift Jobs option to expand its details.

Step 4: Scroll to the Dynamic Status Reasons option and click the Add Status Reason Group button.

Step 5: Select the status for which you want to add custom reasons, then enter the reasons that should appear when updating that shift job status.
The settings will be saved automatically.
