Configure Matching Conditions for Shift Job Update Notifications
Configure matching conditions for shift job update notifications to control which email template is used when candidate update notifications are sent. By defining conditions such as job type, you can create multiple templates for the same notification type and ensure the appropriate template and sender configuration are applied automatically.
Let’s get started 🚀
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Email Templates as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 2: Click the Add Template button.

Step 3: Enter a name for your email template.

Step 4: Select Job from the dropdown list in the Type field.

Step 5: Select the Shift Job Updated Candidate Notification trigger from the dropdown list in the Trigger field.

Step 6: Click the Next: Sender and Recipients button.

Step 7: Click the Control who receives this email option to expand and view its details.

Step 8: Click the Add Matching Condition button.

Step 9: Select Job as the Condition Type.

Step 10: Select the field from the dropdown list that you want to use in the matching condition.

Step 11: Click the Submit button.

Step 12: Select the categories from the dropdown list for which you want to create the email template.

Step 13: Click the Next: Content button.

Step 14: Modify the email body as required, then click the Create button to proceed.

The email template will be created successfully and will be triggered only for shift job updates that match the configured conditions.
