Configure Job Acceptance for Broadcasted Shifts

Configure job acceptance settings for broadcasted shifts to control how candidates respond to email and SMS notifications. By adding the Job Acceptance Link to broadcast templates and adjusting Job Board settings, you can allow candidates to either self-assign directly or submit an application for agency approval.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings, as shown in the screenshot below.


Step 2: From the available tabs, click the Jobs tab.


Step 3: Scroll down and click the Shift Job Board option to expand it and view its details.


Step 4: Scroll down to the Candidates can self assign themselves to shift jobs (accept available shift jobs directly) checkbox and check it. The settings will be saved automatically.

When this option is enabled, candidates can accept shift jobs directly from the broadcast without requiring approval.

If this option is not selected, candidates will need to apply to the job instead of accepting it.

 
Include the [[job_acceptance_link]] tag in your email or SMS broadcast templates only when you want candidates to accept or apply to shift jobs directly from the message without logging in.
