[Jobs](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/jobs?hsLang=en) # Configure Job Acceptance for Broadcasted Shifts ## Configure job acceptance settings for broadcasted shifts to control how candidates respond to email and SMS notifications. By adding the Job Acceptance Link to broadcast templates and adjusting Job Board settings, you can allow candidates to either self-assign directly or submit an application for agency approval. The settings will be saved automatically. When this option is enabled, candidates can accept shift jobs directly from the broadcast without requiring approval.
