Configure Fields for Comments in KanTime

Configure which fields are included in comments sent to KanTime, allowing you to prioritize important information such as client phone number, special instructions, and location details within character limits.

Let's get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Scroll the tabs to the left and click on Backup Care Assistant tab.

Step 3: Click the Kantime option to expand its details.

Step 4: Click the box under the Configure the "Fields in BrightHorizon" to be used for writing comments in KanTime setting to open the dropdown list.

Step 5: Select the required field(s) from the dropdown list. The system will automatically save the settings.
