Configure Fields for Care Notes in MyJovie
Configure which BrightHorizon fields are used to generate Care Notes in MyJovie. This allows you to control the information included in notes and ensure only relevant details are added automatically.
Let's get started 🚀
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Scroll the tabs to the left and click on Backup Care Assistant tab.

Step 3: Click the MyJovie option to expand its details.

Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom and click the box under the Configure the “Fields in BrightHorizon” to be used for writing notes in MyJovie field to open the dropdown list.

Step 5: Select the required field(s) from the dropdown list.

The settings will be saved automatically.
