Configure Fees and Wages for EH-Created My Jovie Shifts
When Enginehire creates a staffed shift in My Jovie, the system must assign both a fee (what the client is charged) and a wage (what the caregiver is paid). Configure fee and wage mappings to ensure the correct rates are automatically selected when shifts are created in My Jovie. Proper configuration ensures your My Jovie shifts use the correct pricing structure.
The fee and wage names used in this article (such as Hourly, BUCA, or 3 Kids (BH)) are examples only. Your My Jovie account may use different rate names. Enter the exact fee and wage names configured in your My Jovie system. The values entered here must match your My Jovie rate names exactly for the mapping to work correctly.
