Configure Document Upload Notifications by Candidate Type
Configure document upload notifications for specific candidate types. By associating an email address with a selected candidate type, you can ensure that notification emails are sent only when candidates of that type upload documents, helping direct document-related updates to the appropriate recipients.

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 2: Click the Documents option to expand it and view its details.
Step 3: Enter the email address that should receive document upload notifications. Then, select the candidate type for which notifications should be sent to the configured email address. The settings will be saved automatically.
For demonstration purposes, we have selected the Nurse candidate type. 
When a candidate of the Nurse type uploads a document from their profile, a notification email will be sent to the configured email address. 
Since the New Test Candidate is assigned the Nurse candidate type, the document upload notification is sent to the configured email address.
