Configure AxisCare Mappings for Agency Onboarding

Configure Client Profile Mapping

Configure the administrator, referred by, and other client profile values that should be applied when creating clients from AxisCare. 

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.



Step 2: Scroll through the tabs and click the Backup Care Assistant tab. 



Step 3: Click the Accounts option to expand and view its details. 



Step 4: Click the pencil icon under the Actions column next to your AxisCare Account. 


  
Step 5: Enter the required values in the Enter Administrator and Enter Referred by fields. 



Step 6: Click the Submit button to save the client profile mapping.

Configure Billing Mapping 

Configure the billing cycle and assigned services that should be applied when creating clients from AxisCare. 

Step 1: Follow Steps 1–4 from the Configure Client Profile Mapping section. 

Step 2: Enter the billing cycle as required in the Enter AxisCare Billing Cycle (used to create a new client) field, and then enable the Add Assigned Services (used to create a new client) checkbox.


  
Step 3: Click the Submit button to save the billing settings. 

Configure Pet Mapping

Configure which AxisCare pet field should be used to automatically map pet information when creating clients in Enginehire. 

Step 1: Follow the steps (step 1-2) from the Configure Client Profile Mapping section. 

Step 2: Click the AxisCare option to expand and view its details.


 
Step 3: Click the box under the Select pet field for AxisCare field to open the drop down list.



Step 4: Select the field that contains the pet information you want to map.



The settings will be saved automatically.

Configure Caregiver Class Mapping 

Map caregiver classes from AxisCare to Enginehire candidate types and tags so only caregivers with the required class are mapped. 

Step 1: Follow Steps 1–4 from the Configure Client Profile Mapping section. 

Step 2: Click the Caregiver Data Sync Settings to expand and view its details. 


  
Step 3: Click the + button below the Candidate type mapping with caregiver class in AxisCare field. 


  
Step 4: Select the candidate type that you want to map from the dropdown list. 


  
Step 5: Enter the AxisCare caregiver class value that you want to map to the selected candidate type. 



Step 6: Similarly, select the candidate tag mapping and enter the AxisCare caregiver class value that you want to map to the selected tag. 


  
Step 7: Click the Submit button to save the caregiver mapping.
