Stipend eligibility can be based on completed shifts with any client or completed shifts with a specific client. Navigate to **Shift job Calendar** and **Create a shift job** for any date based on the configured stipend settings. Ensure the shift meets all the configured stipend eligibility requirements, including the selected shift status and client tags, so it counts toward the candidate's stipend eligibility.  ![](https://learn.enginehire.io/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-30-2026-01-07-22-1835-PM.png?width=670&height=277&name=image-png-Sep-30-2026-01-07-22-1835-PM.png) Step 7. Open the newly created shift job and mark the shift as **Completed** or **Approved**, based on the status selected in the stipend settings.
