[Data Import & Export](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/data-import-export?hsLang=en) # Choose Field Label or Profile Label for Import Mapping ## Choose whether imported CSV columns are mapped using Field Labels or Profile Labels during the import process. This flexibility makes it easier to import data from spreadsheets that use shorter profile labels instead of field labels, helping you simplify column mapping and reduce manual adjustments before importing. For demonstration purposes, this article uses the **Import Data for Clients** option.
