Choose Field Label or Profile Label for Import Mapping

Choose whether imported CSV columns are mapped using Field Labels or Profile Labels during the import process. This flexibility makes it easier to import data from spreadsheets that use shorter profile labels instead of field labels, helping you simplify column mapping and reduce manual adjustments before importing.

For demonstration purposes, this article uses the Import Data for Clients option. However, you can use the same feature when importing data for candidates as well. 

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Import and Other Tools as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click the Import Clients button, then select the CSV file that you want to import.

Step 3: Select whether you want to map the imported columns using Field Label or Profile Label.

Step 4: Select the profile builder as you want to.

Step 5: Map each imported column to the appropriate field, then click Import to import the data.
