[Jobs](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/jobs?hsLang=en) # Candidate Status Filters for Shift Job Broadcast ## The Shift Job Broadcast settings allow administrators to control which candidates are eligible to receive shift job broadcast notifications based on their current candidate status.             These settings provide two levels of control:                           Default Filter Candidate Statuses – Determines which candidate statuses are included when broadcasting a shift job.       Default Filter Candidate Hide Statuses – Determines which candidate statuses are excluded/hidden from the shift job broadcast.              This helps ensure that shift opportunities are broadcast only to candidates who meet the organization's required status criteria Let’s get started 🚀  **Navigate to:** **More - Global Settings - Jobs - Shift Job Broadcast**   ![image1](https://learn.enginehire.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base/Jobs/Shift%20Job%20Broadcast%20%E2%80%93%20Candidate%20Status%20Filters/image1.png?width=670&height=262&name=image1.png) **Default Filter Candidate Statuses for Shift Job Broadcast Setting:** Select default filter candidate statuses for shift job broadcast This setting allows administrators to select one or more candidate statuses that should be **eligible to receive shift job broadcasts. This provides an additional layer of control over the candidate audience. **Summary** The Shift Job Broadcast Candidate Status Filters determine which candidates should be considered when a shift job is broadcast. **\* Default Filter Candidate Statuses →** Defines the candidate statuses that are eligible/included in the broadcast. **\* Default Filter Candidate Hide Statuses →** Defines the candidate statuses that are excluded/hidden from the broadcast. **\* Clear →** Removes the selected statuses from the respective filter.
