Candidate Reward Points Filter and Reset
Control how reward points are used across candidate records by filtering candidates based on reward points and resetting points using a selected cutoff date. This helps identify relevant candidates more efficiently and ensures older points are cleared when no longer needed.

Reset Reward Points
Remove previously earned reward points based on a selected cutoff date.
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click on Candidates in the navigation bar.
Step 2: Click on the candidate whose reward points you want to reset. 
Step 3: Click the Rewards tab from the available tabs.
Step 4: Click the Reset Reward Points option to expand its details.
Step 5: Click the box as shown in the screenshot below to open the date picker.
Step 6: Select the Cutoff Date from the date picker.
Step 7: Click the Reset Reward Points button.
Points earned before the selected date will be removed, while points earned after the selected date will be kept.
Use Reward Points to Filter
Filter candidates based on reward point values using Advanced Search.
Step 1: In the Candidates section, click the Search and Filter Tools icon.

Step 2: Click the Advance Search icon as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 3: Click the box next to the Where field to open the dropdown list.
Step 4: Select the Reward Points option from the dropdown list.
Step 5: Select the operator to filter candidates according to your requirements. 
Step 6: Enter the input value to complete your filter condition, then click the Search button to proceed. 
Candidates will be filtered according to the set filter condition, that is, those who have 80 reward points in their profile.
