Candidate Profile PDF

The Candidate Profile PDF allows agencies to generate a downloadable PDF version of a candidate's profile. The PDF provides a consolidated view of the candidate's available profile information, making it easy to review, save, or share the candidate's details when needed. The PDF can be generated directly from the Candidate Profile.

 How to Generate a Candidate PDF

  1. Navigate to the Candidates section. Open the required Candidate Profile.

      2. Locate the Shareable Link section.

       3. Click the PDF icon.

       4. The candidate profile will be generated in PDF format. Click Print PDF to save the                  
        candidate profile to your device.

       


The generated PDF provides a consolidated view of the candidate's profile information. Depending on the information configured and completed for the candidate.

Note: The information displayed in the PDF depends on the information available and configured in the candidate's profile.
