Automatically Update Shift Applicant Status on Removal
Automatically update a candidate’s application status when they are removed from a shift assignment. This helps prevent removed candidates from continuing to appear as active applicants, reducing confusion and maintaining accurate applicant records during rebooking.
Let’s get started 🚀
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click Shift Job Calendar in the navigation bar.
Step 2: Scroll down and click the shift job for which you have received candidate applications. 
For demonstration purposes, we have already assigned a candidate from the received applications to the selected shift job. Ensure a candidate is assigned before proceeding to the next steps.
Step 3: Click the gear icon next to the Unassign Candidate button.
Step 4: Select the Not Interested option in the Change status of corresponding job application (if any) when unassigning candidate field.
The settings will be saved automatically.
Step 5: Click the Unassign Candidate button.
The application status of the unassigned candidate will be updated successfully to Not Interested.
