Automatically Copy Cancel Reason to Shift Notes

Automatically copy the cancel reason into shift notes to ensure cancellation details remain visible regardless of the shift job status.

Let's get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click the Jobs tab from the available tabs.

Step 3: Click the Shift Jobs option to expand its details.

Step 4: Scroll down and check the Automatically copy Cancel Reason into Shift Notes when a shift job is cancelled checkbox. The settings will be saved automatically.

Now, whenever a shift job is cancelled, the cancellation reason and the cancellation notes will automatically update in the shift job notes.
