Assign an Admin Manager When Importing Candidates from Resumes

Assign an Admin Manager to candidates while importing them from resumes. This allows all imported candidates to be automatically associated with the selected manager during the import process, eliminating the need to update each candidate individually after the import is complete.

Let’s get started 🚀

Enable the Create from Resumes Setting

Enable the Create from Resumes setting to allow candidates to be created by uploading resumes directly from your agency dashboard.

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click on More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click the Dashboard tab from the available tabs.

Step 3: Click the Candidate Table option to expand and view its details.

Step 4: Locate and enable the Add option to create candidates from resumes checkbox.

The settings will be saved automatically.

Show the Admin Manager Column

Show the Admin Manager column in the candidate table so you can easily view the manager assigned to the imported candidates.

Step 1: On your agent dashboard, click the Candidates tab in the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Click the Candidate Dashboard Settings icon in the candidate table.

Step 3: Click the Fields which are showed in the Candidate table of agency dashboard (Agency Level) dropdown to open the list of available fields.

Step 4: Select the Admin Manager option from the dropdown list.

The settings will be saved automatically.

Assign an Admin Manager

While importing candidates from resumes, select an Admin Manager to automatically assign the imported candidates to that manager during the import process.

Step 1: On your candidate dashboard, click the Create from Resumes button and select the candidate resume that you want to upload from your system.

Step 2: Select the type that you want to assign to the imported candidate.

You can also select multiple types to be assigned to the candidates.

Step 3: Select the tag that you want to assign to the imported candidate.

You can also select multiple tags to be assigned to the candidates.

Step 4: Select the location that you want to assign to the imported candidate.

You can assign multiple locations to the candidates if you want to.

Step 5: Select the Admin Manager option from the Select Manager dropdown.

Step 6: Click the Submit button to begin importing the candidate.

Step 7: Candidate creation may take a few minutes to complete. You can click the Close button while the import continues in the background.

After the import is complete, the newly imported candidate will appear in the candidate table with the selected types, tags, locations, and Admin Manager assigned automatically.
