Allow Cross-Role Referrals for Candidates and Clients

Enable candidates and clients to refer both candidates and clients within the system. This allows referrals across roles, giving users flexibility to submit relevant referrals based on their network and relationships.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click the Agency Details tab from the available tabs.

Step 3: Click the Preferences option to expand its details.

Step 4: Check the following checkboxes:

  • Has Client to Client referral code
  • Has Candidate to Candidate referral code
  • Has Candidate to Client referral code
  • Has Client to Candidate referral code
The settings will be saved automatically.

Open any client or candidate profile to view referral links for both clients and candidates.
