Allow Clients to Delete Shift Jobs by Status
Control which shift jobs clients can delete by configuring eligible job statuses. By selecting the appropriate statuses in the client booking settings, you can allow clients to remove shift jobs that are no longer required while preventing deletion of jobs in other statuses.

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 2: Click the Jobs tab from the available tabs. 
Step 3: Click the Client Booking Section option to expand and view its details.
Step 4: Select the job statuses in which clients are allowed to delete shift job bookings. The settings will be saved automatically. 
Once the settings are configured, clients can delete shift jobs that are in the selected statuses. In the example below, the shift job has the Requested status. The client can click the job to open its details. 
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Delete button to delete the shift job.
