Allow Candidates to Control Profile Visibility

Allow candidates to control whether their profiles are visible on the Candidate Board. By enabling profile visibility controls, candidates can choose to make their profiles public when they are available for opportunities or private when they are temporarily unavailable, giving them greater control over when they can be discovered by agencies.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click the Profile Settings option to expand and view its details.

Step 3: Check the Show Profile Visibility section on candidate profiles checkbox.

The settings will be saved automatically.

A Profile Visibility section will now appear in the candidate profile. Candidates can turn the Make Profile Public toggle Off when they are busy or unavailable, and turn it On again when they are available to accept jobs. 

For demonstration purposes, we are turning the Make Profile Public toggle Off.

The candidate profile will be hidden from the Candidate Board until the Make Profile Public toggle is turned back on.
