[Jobs](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/jobs?hsLang=en) # Allow Candidates to Accept or Decline Shift Jobs ## Enable this setting to allow candidates to accept or decline shift jobs that are tentatively assigned or fully assigned to them. This gives candidates a clear way to respond to shift offers directly from their job board and helps streamline your confirmation process.
