Allow Candidate Interest for Filled Shifts

Allow candidates to express interest in shift jobs even after those jobs are marked as filled. When this option is enabled, a placeholder account will temporarily hold the job so it appears as filled, but candidates will still receive the broadcast and can mark their interest. This gives you the flexibility to collect additional interested candidates and quickly reassign the shift if the placeholder is removed or if the job becomes available again. This documentation will guide you through enabling this setting and ensuring candidates can continue showing interest in filled shift jobs.

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard, then navigate to More > Global Settings, as shown in the screenshot below.


Step 2: Click the Jobs tab in the list of all available tabs.


Step 3: Click the Job Board Settings option to expand its details.

Step 4: Under the Job Board Settings, click the Shift Jobs option as shown in the screenshot.


Step 5: Click the Expressing Interest In and Accepting Shift Jobs option to expand its details.


Step 6: Check the Allow candidates to continue expressing interest in filled shift jobs checkbox, and then click the Save icon to proceed.
