# Adjusting which shareable link will be shared in an email template

## You can create multiple different shareable links of a profile to customize what you want to appear. Now you can decide which link you want in which email template.

We are referring to these different links. The Name of the link is important to remember as you will need that for the email template.   
For this example, I am using the "Nanny" One  from the screenshot

Next, I will go to the job email template, and copy this tag and paste it in to the email

In the tag that says {name} this is where you will put the name of the link. Replace the name of your link where it says name

Above in my example I named it Nanny

Here is how my tag will appear.  
\[\[candidate\_permanent\_shareable\_link-{Nanny}\]\]

You will want to make sure it is the exact same spelling.
