# Adjust maximum number of months in advance/in the future a booking can be made

## Limit how far into the future clients are allowed to make bookings.

**Step 1: **Go to More -\> Application & Profile Builder

**Step 2: **Look for booking section and click on gear / setting icon.

**Step 3:** A popup will open, stay on "General Tab"

- Scroll till the setting "Maximum number of months in advance/in the future a booking can be made" 
- Enter the number of months you want to allow bookings from the current date.
- Example - Set this to 3 months to allow clients to book shift jobs only up to 3 months from today.
- Save the settings
