Add Tags to Document Templates

Add tags to document templates to organize and categorize templates more effectively. Assigning tags helps streamline template management and makes it easier to locate specific document templates when applying tag-based filters.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Document Templates as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click the Add Template button.

Step 3: Enter a name for the document template.

Step 4: Click the box under the User Type heading to open the dropdown list.

Step 5: Select the required option to define who needs to sign this document.

Step 6: Click the box under the Tags (optional) heading to open the dropdown list.

Step 7: Select the tag(s) you want to assign in the document template.

Step 8: Click the Create button.

The document template will be created successfully with the selected tag(s) assigned to it.
