Add "Number of Children" Details from Bright Horizons / Care.com to Enginehire shift job posts.
This will help your candidates (nanny / sitters) decide which job to choose especially when they have a preference on the number of children to babysit.
On the Bright Horizons / Care.com job post, you will often find the details for "How many children will be cared for?"
To add this detail in your shift job posts, you need to add a "number of children" preset into the booking calendar. Please follow the steps below.
1. Click on More, then click on Application & Profile Builder.
2. Add "booking" in the filter to search for the booking section type. Then click on the pencil icon to edit.
3. Add a new preset field by following the steps below.
a. Click Add Field to add a new field.
b. Click on the preset icon (=).
c. On the Select Other Properties field, add the following properties from the drop down menu. You can type them on your keyboard to find them faster.
- Show in Candidate View
- Show in Logged-in Candidate View
- Show in Assignee View
4. Lastly, check if it's already working by following the steps below.
a. Open any Bright Horizons or Care.com shift job post and click on the "view job link" icon.
b. Copy the link and open it in "incognito window" to see the job post from the candidate's perspective. Alternatively, you can also log in as a candidate and open the job on a different browser.
It should show already but it's important to note that if you are viewing as an admin, it might not show at all. Always do this when you don't see the changes taking effect if you are logged in as an admin.
