Adding notes helps you keep information organized, track interactions, and ensure you always have access to relevant information when needed.   For demonstration purposes, this article uses a candidate profile to show how to add a note. You can follow the same steps when adding notes to a client profile. You may also make use of the **AI ASSIST** feature to enhance the quality of the note.
