Add Conditions to Payment Information Poster Reminder Emails
Add conditions to the Payment Information Poster Reminder email trigger to create more personalized communication experiences for different clients. This allows agencies to control when reminder emails are sent and tailor email workflows based on specific conditions.
Let’s get started 🚀
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Email Templates under Templates.

Step 2: Click the Add Template button.

Step 3: Enter a name for your email template, then select the Job option as the type from the dropdown list.

Step 4: Select the Payment Information Poster Reminder trigger.

Step 5: Click the Next: Sender and Recipients button.

Step 6: Click the Control who receives this email option to expand its details.

Step 7: Use the Types field and the Matching condition as needed in your email template.
