[Application Forms & Profiles](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/application-forms-profiles?hsLang=en) # Add an Acceptable Care Age Groups Field ## Add an Acceptable Care Age Groups field to candidate profiles so candidates can select the age ranges of children they are willing to work with. These selections are used when matching candidates with shift jobs for automatic assignment and broadcast, helping ensure candidates are matched only with jobs that meet their selected age preferences. For **year ranges**, enter values such as **1-2**. For month ranges, use decimal values. If a candidate has acceptable care age groups selected, the candidate will only qualify for a shift job when **all children listed for the shift job fall within the candidate's selected age groups.** For example, if a candidate selects an age range that includes children aged **3–5**, a shift job with children aged **3 and 4** can qualify for the candidate.
