Add an Acceptable Care Age Groups Field

Add an Acceptable Care Age Groups field to candidate profiles so candidates can select the age ranges of children they are willing to work with. These selections are used when matching candidates with shift jobs for automatic assignment and broadcast, helping ensure candidates are matched only with jobs that meet their selected age preferences.

Let’s get started 🚀

Add the Acceptable Care Age Groups Field

Follow these steps to add the field to the Candidate profile.

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Application & Profile Builder, as shown in the screenshot below.

How Acceptable Care Age Groups Work

The selected age groups are used when matching candidates with shift jobs through Auto Assignment and Auto Broadcast.

If a candidate has acceptable care age groups selected, the candidate will only qualify for a shift job when all children listed for the shift job fall within the candidate's selected age groups.

For example, if a candidate selects an age range that includes children aged 3–5, a shift job with children aged 3 and 4 can qualify for the candidate. However, a shift job with children aged 3 and 7 will not qualify because the 7-year-old falls outside the candidate's selected age range.

Auto Assignment

To apply this matching rule to automatic assignment, perform the following steps:

Step 1: On your agent dashboard, click More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.
