Add Actual Time Tags to Shift Job Calendar Titles

Display the actual start and end time of shifts directly in the shift job calendar titles using dynamic tags. This allows you to quickly view real shift timings at a glance, improving visibility and making it easier to track actual work hours without opening individual shift details.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click the Jobs tab from the available tabs.

Step 3: Click the Shift Job Admin Calendar option to expand its details.

Step 4: Scroll to the Shift Job Calendar Title option and add the [[actual_start_time]] and [[actual_end_time]] tags in the box directly below it. 

The settings will be saved automatically.

The actual start and end time of the shift will be displayed in the shift job calendar title.
