Add A Question To An Application

From time to time, applications and other questionnaires need to be updated with new questions. Easily add a new question to an application using the steps below.

1. In the Application form decided where a new question should be added. 

2. From the question about select Plus Sign in a Circle to insert a field. 

3. Add the question. 

• The label is what the field is called internally and not seen by anyone completing the form. 
• Label When View Profile is what anyone filling out the form will see. 
• Field Type allows for how the question answer field will appear. Example: Textbox. Checkbox. Yes or No. Radio. Date Picker. Range. Etc.
