Activate Mapping Functionality for Imports

Enable Activate Mapping Functionality when importing a CSV to map its Types, Tags, or Locations to the corresponding values in Enginehire. This ensures each imported client or candidate receives the correct Type, Tag, or Location based on the values in their CSV row.

 

For demonstration purposes, this article uses Clients as an example. You can also import Candidates using the same process. 

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Import and Other Tools, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click Import Clients and select the CSV file you want to import.

Step 3: Set the CSV Types, Tags, or Locations to their corresponding values in Enginehire.

Step 4: Click the Advanced Options to expand its details.

Step 5: Enable the Activate Mapping Functionality checkbox.

Step 6: Click the Import button.
